These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") are entered into between GoJudi (hereinafter referred to as "GoJudi", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the GoJudi platform, website, mobile application, or any related service (hereinafter referred to as "you", "the User", or "the Member").

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on GoJudi, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:
3.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual may hold only one (1) registered Account on GoJudi at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. GoJudi reserves the right to merge, freeze, or permanently close all accounts linked to the same individual and to forfeit any associated balances.
3.3 Accurate Information Obligation
You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at any point where GoJudi requests updated information for compliance or verification purposes. Any Account found to have been registered using false, misleading, or third-party identity information will be immediately suspended and referred to our compliance team. GoJudi will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the Member.
4.1 Registration Process
To open an Account, you must complete the GoJudi registration form, providing at minimum your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Registration implies acceptance of these Terms. GoJudi may, at its discretion, decline any registration application without providing a reason.
4.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. All activities conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — are your sole responsibility.
GoJudi employees will never request your password through any communication channel. If you receive any such request purporting to be from GoJudi, you should treat it as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
4.3 KYC Verification
GoJudi is required by its operational standards to verify the identity of all Members before processing a withdrawal. KYC verification typically requires the submission of: (a) a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport); (b) a document confirming your residential address issued within the previous three (3) months; and (c) a selfie photograph holding your identity document.
Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request may have that request placed on hold until verification is satisfactorily completed.
4.4 Account Currency
GoJudi accounts are maintained in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Where deposits are received in cryptocurrency, the equivalent MYR value at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of receipt will be credited to the Member's Account.

5.2 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name and previously used for a deposit on the same Account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. GoJudi reserves the right to require additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawal processing times are indicative: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) are typically completed within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX transfers within 5–15 minutes; and standard bank wire transfers within 15–60 minutes. These timeframes are estimates only and may be subject to delays due to banking system processing, public holidays, or compliance review.
5.3 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
GoJudi operates in strict accordance with anti-money laundering principles. GoJudi reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence on any Account and to delay or decline any transaction that triggers internal compliance thresholds. All suspicious transactions will be reviewed by our compliance team, and where required by applicable legal obligations, may be reported to relevant authorities.
6.1 General Bonus Terms
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by GoJudi are subject to individual promotional terms stated at the time of the offer, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict between individual promotional terms and these general bonus terms, the individual promotional terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the Wagering Requirement) on eligible Games before they may be converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms. Unless otherwise stated:
6.3 Bonus Abuse
GoJudi strictly prohibits the exploitation of promotional offers through any artificial, systematic, or collusive means. Any Member found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or coordination with other Members to exploit offers — will have their bonus entitlements cancelled and their Account reviewed for suspension.
6.4 GoJudi's Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
GoJudi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Members where practicable. Completing a deposit to redeem a promotion before any communicated modification will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of deposit.
7.1 Game Integrity
All Games available on the GoJudi platform are powered by certified game studios and are subject to independent testing for fairness and accurate RTP (Return to Player) rates. Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are used in all non-live Games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. GoJudi does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction, software failure, or communication error that interrupts or affects a game round, GoJudi reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the corresponding wager amount to the Member's Account. Bets that would have resulted in a win are not payable if the game round was materially affected by a malfunction. GoJudi's determination in such matters is final.
7.3 Sports Betting
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, and other competitions — are offered at odds that are correct at the time of bet placement. GoJudi reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to a pricing error, where the result was known at the time of placement, or where the event was cancelled or rescheduled. Settlement of all bets is subject to official results from the relevant governing body.
7.4 Disconnections
GoJudi is not liable for any losses arising from connection failures, device failures, or interruptions to the Member's internet connection. Members are responsible for ensuring a stable connection before placing wagers. Incomplete game rounds resulting from disconnection will be handled in accordance with the relevant Game provider's rules.

All content on the GoJudi platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, game mechanics, and user interface designs — is the proprietary intellectual property of GoJudi or its licensed content providers. All such content is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the GoJudi platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to: reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, broadcast, adapt, or create derivative works from any Platform content without GoJudi's prior written consent.
The "GoJudi" name, logo, and associated brand marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of GoJudi. Any unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
10.1 Platform Availability
GoJudi endeavours to maintain continuous platform availability, but does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, system upgrades, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. GoJudi will not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoJudi excludes all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or any other economic loss — whether arising from contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.
10.3 Maximum Aggregate Liability
Where GoJudi's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, GoJudi's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Gambling Risk Acknowledgment
You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that you may lose some or all of the funds deposited into your GoJudi Account. GoJudi does not guarantee any specific return on funds wagered. It is your responsibility to manage your gambling activity responsibly.

You may close your GoJudi Account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team via live chat or email. Any verified Real Money Balance remaining in the Account will be returned to you via your registered payment method following satisfactory completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no withdrawal restrictions are in place.
12.2 Suspension or Closure by GoJudi

13.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the GoJudi platform, you should first contact our customer support team to attempt informal resolution. GoJudi will endeavour to respond to and resolve all complaints within five (5) business days. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the dispute may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body in accordance with GoJudi's licensing framework.
13.3 Decisions as to Game Outcomes
GoJudi's determination in respect of all game outcomes, bet settlements, and bonus calculations is final and binding in the absence of a clear and verifiable system error. Where a Member disputes a settlement, GoJudi will review the relevant transaction logs as part of its standard complaints handling process.
GoJudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, GoJudi will provide reasonable notice to Members via the registered email address associated with their Account or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
The effective date of any amended Terms will be stated clearly at the top of this document. Your continued use of the GoJudi platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms in full.
